Refund Policy.

This refund & cancellation policy is adopted by all clients of Aruba Taxi Company and will apply to all taxis as arranged on the customers behalf through Aruba Taxi Company.  

​Cancellations and Bookings

All cancellations of Airport Transfers will forfeit the booking fee in the amount of USD 15.00. If you need to cancel a booking please contact us by email our call us at +297-587-1300.

​Refunds
All refunds must be requested 24 hours prior of the scheduled pickup time or this will be considered as a no show and client will forfeit full payment. Refunds to credit/debit cards can only be refunded to the original card used. 

All requests for refunds prior to 24 hours of service will forfeit the booking fee in the amount of USD 15.00

Liability
In the event of circumstances beyond our control, Aruba Taxi Company reserves the right to cancel all services. Where payment has been made, a refund will be issued. If a car breaks down during the journey, an alternative will be provided with a practical time allowance.

​Termination
No refunds will be given for journeys terminated part way through the hire.
