By booking a transfer through Aruba Taxi Company, you agree to the
following terms.

Our Service
Aruba Taxi Company provides pre-booked private airport transfers,
wedding transportation, and group transfers in Aruba, operated by
licensed TX permit drivers.

Bookings and Pricing
All bookings must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled
pickup time. Prices are quoted in USD and include all applicable
taxes and a non-refundable USD 15.00 booking fee, itemized before
you complete payment. Payment is processed securely by Fygaro; we do
not store your card details.

Your Responsibilities
Please provide accurate pickup/drop-off details and flight information.
Delays caused by incorrect information provided at booking are not
the responsibility of Aruba Taxi Company.

Delays and Circumstances Beyond Our Control
We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, flight delays,
or other circumstances outside our control, though we will make
reasonable efforts to notify you and adjust pickup times accordingly.

Disputes
If you have any concern about your booking or a charge, please contact
us directly at +297-587-1300 or contact@arubataxicompany.com before
initiating a dispute with your card issuer — most issues are resolved
quickly this way.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Aruba.

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version is
