Frequently Asked Questions for Private Airport Transfer

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I PLACE MY RESERVATION?

We can only accept bookings 3 months prior to date of service. Please keep in mind that all airport transfers must be confirmed and paid for at least 24 hours prior to service.

HOW MANY LUGGAGES AM I ALLOWED TO BRING?

Each passenger is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Excessive luggage (e.g. golf clubs, stoller, wheelchair) may have certain restrictions, and extra charges may apply.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT ARRIVING AT THE AIRPORT IN ARUBA?

Upon arrival you will pass through local immigration, collect your luggage on the belt and clear local customs. Depending on the airport flow, it may take you about 30 to 40 minutes to clear local customs and meet your driver. With the flight number you provide us we will be able to keep track of the flight and inform your driver of any sudden time change.

HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE TO MEET MY DRIVER?

Your price includes 1 hour of free waiting time at the airport (count starts from the landing time or time that you have provided). More than 1 hour wait may result in additional charges.

WHERE WILL I MEET MY DRIVER?

The driver will be waiting at the arrival area of the airport after you clear local customs and exit the local customs’ sliding doors. Your driver will be holding a signboard with your name on it, and will take you to your vehicle. Our drivers are fluent in English, Spanish, Dutch and off course Papiamento!

CAN I MAKE ADDITIONAL STOPS BEFORE REACHING MY DESTINATION?
Unfortunately extra/additional stops is not included.
 
WHERE WILL MY DRIVER PICK UP ME UP AT MY HOTEL?

Driver will verbally identify himself/herself with a code that is given to you at the time of reservation. Pick up location will usually be at hotel lobby, if not advised otherwise.

WHAT TYPE OF VEHICLES MAY I EXPECT?

We can surely accommodate any group of family with the limit of 5 passengers per vehicle. Our vehicles are Sedans, SUVs, Vans & Mini Vans. We will make sure to comfortably accommodate you and your family according to the amount of passengers and requests.

DO YOU PROVIDE HANDICAP ASSISTANCE?
We do not provide (folding) wheelchairs in our taxis. But you are welcome to bring your own and we will make sure to best assist you. If you are bringing your own folding/electric wheelchair, please make sure to inform us at the time of the reservation so we can provide you with a proper sized car. Any request that you may have, please let us know at the time of reservation and we will make sure to assist you and your family’s needs however we can.
 
DO YOU HAVE CHILD/BABY SEATS?

We apologise for the inconvenience. We do not provide child/baby seats in our taxis. But you are welcome to bring your own and we will make sure to assist you. If you are bringing your own child/baby seat, please make sure to inform us at the time of the reservation so we can provide you with a proper sized car.
